Welcome to my Blog. This site I hope will be a vehicle for sharing my creative impulses with the world. I will mostly showcase and update paintings and news about upcoming exhibitions and artisitic achievements.

I want to thank everybody who came to view my exhibit at the Blue Horse Gallery.  It was a successful show well received and sold 4 paintings which isn’t bad in this economy. Sunset, The Path, John Deere and Murder at Dusk have all gone to new homes. I hope these paintings continue to inspire imagination and emotional response to the owners and future viewers. I am truly honored that people are moved to purchase my paintings, its validation for my life of artistic dedication and inspires me to grow and evolve as a painter.

So I am back painting again after a well deserved summer hiatus, “Saturday Morning” posted on this blog is the most recent. I have  a scheduled show in June 2010 at the Allied Arts gallery with artist Jim Williamson and photographers Jeff Lindeman and John D,Onofrio, should be fun.  I will be delivering some new and old paintings to the Blue Horse for their Gallery Artists display throughout December.

The painting “Winter Vista” sold at the Blue Horse in December, always happy but a little sad when the good inspired pieces go, especially when the painting is accepted into the CVG show in Bremerton which I have to decline because I no longer own the painting. This is a good predicament for an artist to be in. Four of  my paintings, “Canyon Flight, Sunset, Winter Vista and John Deere will grace two pages in the upcoming book, Best of America, Watermedia by Kennedy publishing to be available sometime in February.

I want to wish everybody good health and good fortune in 2010 and may everybody fall victim to creative enthusiasm and inspiration.
