Welcome to my Blog. This site I hope will be a vehicle for sharing my creative impulses with the world. I will mostly showcase and update paintings and news about upcoming exhibitions and artisitic achievements. 

I want to thank everybody who came to view my exhibit at the Blue Horse Gallery. I think it was a successful show well recieved and sold 4 paintings which isn’t bad in this economy. Sunset, The Path, John Deere and Murder at Dusk have all gone to new homes. I hope these paintings continue to inspire imagination and emotional response to the owners and future viewers. I am truly honored that people are moved to purchase my paintings, its validation for my life of artistic dedication and inspires me to grow and evolve as a painter. I just returned from a backpacking camping trip with my family to Shi-Shi Beach on the Olympic Penninsula, a truly magical place. Miles of sand, massive unreal rock formations, pounding pacific surf, wild temperate jungle, cool awestruck people. There will probably be many paintings out of this adventure.

Next event for me will be the 15th annual Whatcom Artists Studio Tour, Oct 3,4 – 10,11. This is my 3rd year on the tour and I really enjoy getting the chance to meet people who are interested in my visual enthusiasm. I am also looking forward to Trish Hardings exhibit “Altitude” opening at the Blue Horse Sept. 4 and Lanny Little’s exhibit in october. Check all this stuff out if you get a chance.
